Sports Village Changing Room Refurbishment

We provided a 1 Team solution of Lead Consultant Building Surveyor, Project Manager, Architect, Principal Designer and Quantity Surveyor to remodel and refurbish the existing Sports Village Changing Rooms.

With demanding timescales, the agility of our 1Team solution ensured that we delivered the project without impacting term time. Construction work was completed before students returned to their newly refurbished changing facilities after the summer recess.

The main aim was to upgrade the existing separate male and female poolside changing rooms to create a Health club look and feel due to ever-increasing uptake in sports and wellbeing focusing on improving the student experience.

The refurbishment has provided the University with over 50 reconfigured changing spaces through new individual cubicles, combined change/shower cubicles and larger family-style cubicles with accessible showering facilities.
