University of Bristol - Social Space Refurbishment

1 Team. We provided a 1 Team solution of Lead Consultant Building Surveyor, Principal Designer and Quantity Surveyor for the refurbishment and alterations to a student accommodation block at Goldney Hall.

With demanding timescales, the agility of our 1 Team solution ensured that we delivered the project without impacting term time. Construction work was completed before students returned to their newly refurbished accommodation after the summer recess. 

The scheme required alterations to existing mixed-use accommodation, including residential bedrooms, to provide new flexible-use space consisting of administration, meeting and collaborative student study pods and refreshment areas.
