University of Bristol - Refurbishment of Student Halls

We provided a 1 Team solution comprising Lead Consultant Building Surveyor, Principal Designer and Quantity Surveyor for a rolling programme of refurbishments at the University - across 17 blocks of Churchill Hall student residencies. Durability and timeliness were essential given the annual cycle of students living on campus and the desire to create spaces with longevity.
