University of Bath - Roof Replacements

We’ve delivered roof refurbishments to two adjacent buildings at the University of Bath towards the campus’ entrance - over 2000sqm in size. One of liquid waterproofing membrane and the other an elastomeric felt built up. Both schemes brought insulation levels in line with requirements to improve the thermal efficiency of the buildings. The existing defective rooflights were removed and replaced with new continuous, double skinned polycarbonate, non-fragile rooflights. Situated directly alongside the main fairway from the Bus station to the University, projects were logistically challenging.
