Sapphire Independent Housing - Small Sites Development Programme

Sapphire Independent Housing are working alongside the London Borough of Hounslow to develop selected garage sites for affordable homes. The 'Small Sites Programme' identifies multiple small areas with potential to be redeveloped for affordable housing. 

We've been working on a series of schemes across nine locations to provide 36 homes - a mix of flats and two, three and four-bed houses.

Sustainability has been at the forefront of the design process, with fabric-first buildings and sustainable heating supplies via Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems.
