Hardmoor - New Sports Pavilion

The project derived from a Section 106 agreement and the need to replace the existing playing pitch land which was being lost as a result of a housing development. 

The works involved demolition of the existing sports pavilion, storage and water tower and construction of a new sports pavilion, indoor archery range, storage enclosure and other associated works. The existing hard standing (disused tennis courts) were also replaced to enable overflow parking for existing users, relieving congestion issues during peak periods. The completed project has been a great success and the development represents a valuable facility, that empowers the delivery of high quality sporting activities within Test Valley and enhances the site’s positive contribution to the community it serves.
