Monkscroft Villas Development - 27 new homes

We developed a mixed tenure scheme of affordable and shared ownership homes on a site located on the outskirts of Cheltenham in a prominent central road location. The project included demolishing an existing building and constructing a new residential block and two semi-detached houses, including parking and landscaping.

The development comprises a block of three to four-storey flats and two-storey houses, providing 27 homes in total and consisting of 19 1B2P flats and two 2B4P semi-detached houses. The mix included three M4(3) mobility apartments. All dwellings were designed per the Nationally Described Space Standards.
