Cornwall County Council Schools Programme

We’ve worked with Cornwall Council and MWJV for four years and counting, on a rolling programme of upgrades to the schools in Cornwall. Projects range from backlog maintenance – roofs, windows and fabric repairs to fire precautions, mechanical and electrical upgrades, special access arrangements as well as internal refurbishments to teaching spaces. Our blended expertise has allowed us to draw in services as required to reach the wide-ranging needs of the programme.

Each school has it’s own requirements, needing meticulous planning to minimise disruption. Often works are completed over the summer months, requiring an agile 1 Team delivery.

We’re incredibly honoured to be working alongside MWJV and Cornwall Council on these projects which will benefit some of Cornwall’s most remote areas for years to come.
