Butler House - redevelopment of former garages

Butler House is a redevelopment of a former garage site to create two 2-bed bungalows, three 3-bed houses and one 4- bed house. The project was designed after extensive community consultation to preserve existing trees and accommodate bio-fuels delivery for the new biomass boiler, which would provide heating and hot water.

The schemes were designed to meet the following development standards: Lifetime Homes, Housing Quality Indicators and Secured by Design certification, and a high level of sustainability.
