Brunel University London - Halls Refurbishment

We provided a 1 Team solution comprising Lead Consultant Building Surveyor, Principal Designer and Quantity Surveyor for a rolling programme of refurbishments comprising 649 bedrooms and associated facilities across the student residencies. Durability and timeliness were essential given the annual cycle of students living on campus and the desire to create spaces with longevity.

Our agile team approach enhanced the student accommodation offered by the University, delivered without disrupting student life. The new spaces will shape the student experience for many years, allowing people to grow, learn, socialise and relax during their first formative year at University.
