Boorley Green - New Community Centre and Pavilion

The project involved the creation of a brand new community centre in Boorley Green, Hampshire, under a Design and Build Contract post planning stages, in association with the appointed Contractor - LST Projects. The scheme arose from a wider residential development, as part of a S106 Agreement under the original planning approval. Works were undertaken in parallel with the creation of a new sports pavilion in Boorley Green.

The new community centre provides a multi-purpose, open-plan space for community use for activities and events, designed to accommodate 150 people. The facilities comprise of a main hall, a secondary hall/ function room, a welcoming café/foyer area, a kitchen, meeting rooms and WC accommodation.
