Our client aimed to transform their working environments to unite their teams in purpose-built, modern spaces. We've been involved in a series of schemes, notably their BREEAM 'Excellent' HQ, and an Operational Hub and Construction Skills Training Centre, amongst others.
The programme has covered 100,000sqft of office space in the new build, fit-out and refurbishment arena. From commercial surveys and client advisory roles - costs, professional and technical, to a traditional inter-disciplinary team arrangement, our ongoing relationship perfectly exemplifies our 1 Team 'Mix and Match' offering - a diverse skillset catering for every need
