Kendall Kingscott Opens New Hub in Cornwall

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new Cornwall hub in St Austell, which will commence trading from November 2021.

Kendall Kingscott has been operating in Cornwall for the last 25 years and given the geography of the region and distance from Exeter, plans for a presence in Cornwall have been on the agenda to align with our growth strategy.

A strong workstream from the region has contributed to an exceptional period of growth for our Exeter office in recent years, which now has a team of 35 staff. The location of our new hub will strategically anchor our presence in the region and ensure we continue to develop local opportunities and build a pipeline of new prospects.

The new Cornwall hub is located in the ESAM (The Enterprise Space for Advanced Manufacturing) building on the outskirts of St Austell, adjacent the new Eco Village. The building is rated BREEAM Excellent and offers a bright and spacious environment benefitting from various conferencing facilities and charging for electric vehicles.

The office will act as a satellite to Exeter and locally managed by Guy Durant – Senior Chartered Building Surveyor and Tom Cooke - Senior Associate.  Tim Fenton will be the responsible Director.

Over the last few years, we have recruited staff close to the new office to assist with our strategic plan.

We are very excited about the launch of Kendall Kingscott’s sixth office. To mark its opening, staff are planning a charity cycle ride from Exeter to Land’s End in the spring and the route will pass by our new office.
