COVID-19 Kendall Kingscott Update


We are closely monitoring the situation in the UK as it evolves and our contingency plans have been formulated from the latest advice from Government, NHS, PHE and WHO.

Communications: Following the Government announcement of Monday 23rd March, we have activated our agile working plans and all staff are now working remotely from home. Please use mobile phone contact numbers for all staff that have provided. Our office landlines are still active and landline calls will be picked up so that any staff without company mobiles can be contacted. Please also use e-mail contacts as all staff have remote e-mail access.

Collaboration: All meetings and training events are now being supported by conference calls/video. This will typically be through use of Microsoft Teams or Skype. Invitee will be issued as required.

Travel: As set out in current government guidance, we have instructed that staff should avoid any business use of public transport in order to allow current capacity to be used by essential and key workers.

Continuity and Cover: Our Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans are in place company wide. We are continuing to monitor staff status on a daily basis and can therefore react immediately to staff sickness should the situation arise and put cover arrangements in place.
