Kendall Kingscott have secured planning permission on behalf of Exeter Homes Trust, for a 31-flat almshouse apartment scheme in Fairpark Rd, Exeter to replace the original 1920s houses that were not economically viable for refurbishment. Our Bristol studio team first started work on the site in 2015.
Kendall Kingscott were initially commissioned by GSC Estates to undertake a feasibility study for the development of this prominent site on the edge of the Oxfordshire market town of Faringdon.
The Abbey School is an independent selective day school in Reading, Berkshire and provides education for girls aged 3 to 18 years. The existing school site faced several issues where access to the school was problematic and hazardous for both vehicles and pedestrians.
