Our structured training programmes are designed to support your chosen professional path. This includes training sessions on core competencies and mentoring from colleagues who recently went through the same process.

We call it the “KK Academy”.

Despite this being a period marked by the worst wave of the pandemic, which was influencing the industry at the time, KK were extremely supportive from day one and they have continued to be ever since. When I returned to university to complete my degree, KK offered me a part-time position to allow me to finish my studies while also continuing to develop key industry skills.
