Currently looking at the Virgil Building, University of Bath project

This project involves the conversion of the old Bath Police Station in Manvers Street which the University have purchased from Avon and Somerset Constabulary.

The first phase of the project involved the conversion of the basement and ground floors to provide a student learning hub, providing an environment for collaborative learning and study including group working areas, multi purpose rooms and a common area. At ground floor level the old custody suite has been converted to provide closed office spaces along with new WCs.

Planning consent was obtained for alterations to the external cladding of the building at the main entrance and for a new external lift shaft.
