Currently looking at the Marlborough College project

Kendall Kingscott have been employed since 2011 to deliver a broad range of projects on the Wiltshire campus of Marlborough College.

With 870 pupils on site there are a wide range of facilities housed within a varied collection of historic and newer structures.  Almost all of the pupils are boarders, accommodated within 14 separate boarding houses which are arranged as both dormitory and bedsit accommodation and since our appointment we have completed both internal remodelling and refurbishment of several of these within short contract periods programmed to complete within the summer recess period.

Other projects have included; re-roofing schemes, refurbishment of toilet and washroom accommodation, refurbishment of the sanitorium, refurbishment and extension of the Victorian cricket pavilion and the master’s lodge which houses the head’s private accommodation in addition to function rooms and visitors accommodation.

All of these projects are undertaken within the context of a live school environment with the additional factor of boarders on site 7 days a week.
