Currently looking at the Happy Landings project

Kendall Kingscott were appointed by United Communities to manage the redevelopment of the former Happy Landings Public House in Bristol, a local landmark.  The property has been split into 11 unique 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats for affordable rental and this required significant layout and structural alterations including a rear extension to house a communal staircase and reduce further intervention into the existing structure.

The project was subject to strict budget and timescale constraints, and we undertook a series of value engineering exercises, advising on potential savings and redesign of a previous scheme without compromising on the design or finish.

Works also included external soft and hard landscaping and parking areas, contained behind new stone walls.
