Currently looking at the The Bridewell Police Station, Bristol project

A remodel and refurbishment of a six-storey city centre office building to provide a centralised police hub facility with a front office, thirteen interview rooms, 3300sq.m of office space, conference rooms and ancillary accommodation for Avon & Somerset Constabulary and their partners; Probation, Impact and Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Trust.

The project involved structural alterations, construction of a new mezzanine, replacement of all services and a full internal fit out.  New energy saving initiatives reduced the energy performance from G to C.  A counter-terrorism strategy was implemented and involved upgrading the existing external fabric of the building.
