Placement Building Surveyor – Bristol

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is currently studying a BSc(Hons) Building Surveying Degree wishing to undertake a 12 month placement.  Working with over 60 long standing framework clients, you will be exposed to a depth and breadth of projects across all sectors, including commercial, retail, public sector/government departments, education, health and residential.  We offer first class training/mentoring support to help you gain valuable experience in the first step of your career which counts towards your RICS APC.

Chartered Building Surveyor (with minimum 2:1 degree)  

We are seeking a dynamic individual, looking for the next step in the development of their career, to assist with the wider development of the Building Surveying department in our Bristol Office.  Working in a small team and alongside the Project Director, you should be able to work autonomously and operate in a number of sectors in a client facing role delivering projects of refurbishment, maintenance and rehabilitation across Education, Residential and Heathcare sectors on projects ranging in value from £50k to £5m.  Your role will also extend to professional practice responsibilities including Party Walls, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition as well as traditional Building Surveys. 

Teddington Office 

Chartered Building Surveyor (with minimum 2:1 degree)  

We are seeking a dynamic individual, looking for the next step in the development of their career, to assist with the wider development of the Building Surveying department in our expanding Teddington Office.  Working in a small team and alongside the Project Director, you should be able to work autonomously and operate in a number of sectors in a client facing role delivering projects of refurbishment, maintenance and rehabilitation across Education, Residential and Healthcare sectors on projects ranging in value from £50k to £5m.  Your role will also extend to professional practice responsibilities including Party Walls, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition as well as traditional Building Surveys. 

Senior Chartered Building Surveyor 

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team in our Teddington Office.  Working alongside a small team and our Project Director, you should be able to demonstrate experience in a number of sectors in a client facing role delivering projects of refurbishment, maintenance and rehabilitation across Education, Residential and Healthcare sectors on projects ranging in value from £50k to £5m.  Your role will also extend to professional practice responsibilities including Party Walls, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition as well as traditional Building Surveys.
