Ringwood Office

We are looking for a Chartered Architectural Technologist to join the growing team in our Ringwood office.  You should be able to demonstrate suitable experience in the preparation of planning, working drawings and technical detailing packages across a range of sectors and can expect to work on projects in the Healthcare, Higher Education and Education sectors so previous experience will be an advantage.  Knowledge of Vectorworks is an advantage but not essential as training can be given to the right candidate. 

Bristol Office

Chartered Building Surveyor (with minimum 2:1 degree)  

We are seeking a dynamic individual, looking for the next step in the development of their career, to assist with the wider development of the Building Surveying department in our Bristol Office.  Working in a small team and alongside the Project Director, you should be able to work autonomously and operate in a number of sectors in a client facing role delivering projects of refurbishment, maintenance and rehabilitation across Education, Residential and Heathcare sectors on projects ranging in value from £50k to £5m.  Your role will also extend to professional practice responsibilities including Party Walls, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition as well as traditional Building Surveys. 

Intermediate Technologist

We are looking for a technologist to join our busy studio in Bristol.  Experience in the retail and commercial sectors is desirable, as is a proven ability as a Vectorworks user.  We are a training organisation and offer mentoring and support to applicants seeking MCIAT accreditation.

 

Teddington Office 

Chartered Building Surveyor (with minimum 2:1 degree)
