We are seeking a dynamic individual looking for the next step in the development of their career to join the Building Surveying department in our Bristol Office.  The successful candidate should have project running experience to include design, specification and contract administration, preferably in the commercial/public sector delivering projects of refurbishment, maintenance and rehabilitation ranging in value from £50k to £5m.  Your role will also extend to professional practice responsibilities including Party Walls, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition as well as traditional Building Surveys.

Part I Architectural Assistant

We have a vacancy for a talented and motivated Part 1 Architectural year out student to join our team where you will receive mentoring support and oversight of your practical training log.  You will have the chance to work on an exciting range of projects and gain a broad range of experience at different stages of design.  The successful candidate will have a good understanding of design, together with outstanding presentation and communication skills.  A sound understanding of Vectorworks, Revit or SketchUp would be an advantage.  In addition to your CV, please also send examples of your recent work (max 5mb).

Graduate Architectural Technologist (with a minimum 2:1 degree)

We are looking for undergraduates studying either Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying wishing to undertake a 12 month placement.  You will be exposed to a depth and breadth of projects across a variety of sectors to give you first-hand experience in your chosen career.
