Tim joined Kendall Kingscott in 2002 for his year-out placement, returning as a graduate in 2004. He became a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors member in 2006 and qualified as an APM accredited Project Manager in 2015.
Tim was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2018 and now leads operations throughout the South-West. Responsible for our Exeter office, Tim was instrumental in opening Kendall Kingscott's sixth office in St Austell in early 2021.
He strives to create an environment where colleagues can shine and excel, always looking to develop future leaders who can work together and share the company's vision for the future.
Tim promotes initiatives that embed our values of working with local communities to improve the environment we live and work in, including offering work experience, mentoring university students and supporting various charities.
At home, Tim enjoys the delights of living on the East Devon coast – whether sailing, cycling, or running, he makes sure to soak up that sea air!
